WRITING FOR THE SOUL: Art Journaling Workshops

With her colleague, Licensed and Board Certified Arts Therapist Mia de Bethune, Nelly co-leads Writing for the soul: A multimodal art journaling experience.

What is art journaling?

Art journaling is a way of expressing feelings through pictures and words, which allows access to both hemispheres of the brain. This is done in multiple media, including writing, drawing, collaging, painting and numerous other techniques.

What we offer:
In our workshops, experiential exercises in expressive writing and art journaling are framed by exercises in meditation and relaxation to enhance stress reduction and free up the creative process. Workshops are tailored to clients’ particular needs.

We supply all materials, including journals.

How we can help you:
 Our goal is to help our clients become more inspired and creative, with a fresh perspective on life and work. Clients will gain skills for utilizing art journaling to address personal and workplace challenges such as interpersonal conflict, problem solving and conceptual brainstorming.

Our workshops accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. We offer them singly or as a series.
